Everyone has been so busy.This weekend was a whirlwind - b'day party for DD on Saturday (went well), then family dinner, then yesterday one of DH's co-workers hosted a brunch which lasted all day! So, really no downtime, which has me a tad worn out today. In fact, I skipped my morning exercise session and slept until 6:45 - guess I needed it!Yesterday I did workout - I did Ellen Barrett's prevention workout - Blast Belly Fat - the interval-ish cardio routine. Then I did the Lower Body workout from Workout # 2 on Margaret 's Beauty to the Bone - I really liked this routine - it was different - mostly all standing exercises and bit "barre-ish" too. Very good!!! Then, I did Perfect in 10 Pilates Abs and Stretch segments. Tomorrow I will get back to it - thinking of doing circuits ....or maybe Tracey Mallett. Can't decide!
