It's injury prevention for me! I have that Rodney Yee one too and have only done it once but really liked it. I need to do it again... sigh. once again, so many workouts, so little time! Round 47 through Finale + Rodney Yee's Power Yoga for Flexibility Good morning, Everyone!Thanks to a loving wakeup text I got my butt out of bed at 4:00 am and got my workouts in! Love, love love doing them at this time! I did Turbo Kick's Round 47 through the Finale, then after that did Rodney Yee's Power Yoga for Flexibility.I hadn't done yoga in a long time and boy was that apparent! I'm still fairly flexible but felt jerky in places. My left shoulder is still wonky so for updogs I had to go to my knees, not for lack of tricep strength but because the shoulder socket didn't like it. This was a very nice 30 minute routine! You do a very basic sun salutation with a stretch in between, be it triangle, pyramiid, warrior 1 - and then there were seated staff, cobblers, and wide angle poses. Both Creamsicles did it with me and while in reclined cobblers' pose I got some kitteh kisses from Junior on my forehead. Awwww.... Hope to do some mindless recumbent bike or walking outside during lunch, as my legs are starting to seize up from leg day with Noel Namaste, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
