Guest guest Posted October 12, 2011 Report Share Posted October 12, 2011 Good morning! Today I did KCM Cardio Blast workout #2 (plyo). I like this one. I didn't think I feel very worked by the end, but it was a good 30 minute workout. After that, I put in Tracey's Core Conditioning and did the first section (20 minutes). This workout is TOUGH! I've said this before, but you have to focus SO hard on holding that its just as mental as it is physical. This was a good combo. So altogether I burned 337 calories (average being 125) and it tacked on 3,100 steps. I was trying to keep moving in-between the plyo's. Oh and the whole thing was not quite an hour. Just got back from walking the dogs 30 minutes too. Hopefully I'll get to do some more of my new yoga DVD tonight.
