And I haven't a clue what shiratama flour - can only that flour be used????? Hope you don't mind I posted it also on our local sites - the whole world should know!!!!! Also saw there were plenty more recipes you've posted in that recipe file - hmm, need to get off computer and start cooking!!!! No nothing special about how it's put together. Very very simple. It would also be good with some tofu cream or almond cream dolloped on top. Shiratama flour is a type of mochi rice flour. In Japan, you can get brown rice mochi flour but it's not available in the US as far as I know. It's still delicious with white. No problem to share with others.
