Today I did Cathe's new Turbobarre workout, the whole thing. I really liked this workout a lot. It was long, but it seemed to go quickly. I especially liked the arm segment at the beginning, man those 5's got heavy fast and I liked the calf section, I need that a lot. I went to go buy some boots the other day but I just gave up because my calves are so skinny that they just looked so lost in every pair of boots I tried on (why can't that happen with my waistline instead), I found lots of extra wide calf boots, but no extra skinny ones. Oh well, I didn't need to spend that money anyways. When I took this disk out I checked it carefully, it did have some gummy stuff on the edge of it. I wiped it with a dry washcloth, I don't know the proper way to clean a disk, does anyone know? It seemed to play fine with no skipping or other issues. So far the 3 workouts I have tried from this series: Yoga Relax, cyclemax, turbobarre, have all been great. I like them a lot. Have a great day all.

Glad you've liked them so far, . I wiped mine off too and it fixed the freeze up problem. I'm planning one for tomorrow, I just don't know which one to start with. There seems to be a lot of legs in all of them. That will be hard to do them back to back.
