's Sunday workout

you are doing SO GREAT - I would LOVE to weigh 143!  We all hit plateaus. Be sure and eat every 3 hours to fuel your muscles - you're doing that, right?  What is your goal weight and how tall are you?

Good morning all,  well afternoon for a lot of you now.  I just want to check in with everyone.  I have been eating clean and not really losing any weight for about a month now,  I am still about the same as I was.  I have been doing this Cathe rotation for about 3 weeks now hoping it would help.  I am slowly fading on my willpower though as I don't see any progress.  On Tuesday I had weighed in at 143.6.  Yesterday I had woke up and was scheduled to do Cathe MMA Fusion,  I didn't really feel like working out but I put it in anyways and got started,  I did the warm up and the first combo, then she got to the second combo where you get on the mat and tdo back rolls and some other weird stuff and then I said I ain't in the mood for that and I fast forwarded and it didn't seem to get better so I just gave up.  I really loved the MMA Kickbox and the Boxing one and I just assumed I would love this one too, but not so much.  I may give it another try later, but I don't think I'm gonna like this one.  So I ended up not even doing a workout yesterday and the day only got worse from there.  I went to the theater to see my man ny Depp in the Pirates of the Caribean 4.  I liked the movie, not as much as the first 3 but it was okay.   I don't know what came over me there, but I ate like crazy there and it just contined for the rest of the day.  I think I ate around 4000 calories yesterday (seriously, no joke).  And so of course now I am up another 3 pounds today.  I know I need to cut my calories down to around 1300 to 1400 but I just get so darned hungry I can't stand it.  Anyhoo, today is a new day.  I got up and did my scheduled STS Total Body today.  This is the one I didn't get all the way through last time because my mom called.  Today I did all of it,  I really do like this one alot, but I like it way better for the weekends when I have lots of time.  My arms are still a little shaky, but it feels good.  I am off to KMart now to look at tents and see what they have available.  Have a great day all,  I will catch up on emails when I get back.

I just read an article from the Cathe newsletter about this and you may be estrogen dominant. I'll look for the article and forrward it.Vennitta

 

Hi all,  I just finished up doing Jillian's Ripped in 30 #4 and 30 day shred #1.  I am getting a little frustrated because I have been working out regular and eating spot on every day and I still have not been able to get the rest of this vacation weight off yet.  I will see Tuesday on my weigh in day what is happening but so far I am still stuck for the last couple of weeks.  I am off to do some chores now.  Have a great day all.

Good morning all. I haven't posted my workouts for a few days mostly cuz I have been slacking. I took Thursday and Friday last week for rest days. Yesterday I went out for a walk, it was 3.2 miles (5K, I think). It is the same route that I did the walk/run for our Horned Toad Derby back in May. It is on an incline for the first portion of it. I just walked it, but I do feel like I got a good little cardio session in for the day. Right now while our days are nice I like to be outside. If my son's girlfriend feels like it, I will walk it again today after it cools down a little. This morning I did one of my new workouts that I got this week. It is Bob Harper's Totally Ripped Core. It has a 50 min workout and a bonus 10 min workout on this DVD. I did both of them, just so I could call this one done. I really love the workout timers on this all the way through. I love knowing how much I have left to go in workout. I really liked this workout, it was thorough but not killer hard where I would be wiped out for the rest of the day. I'm glad I got this one. I appreciate the workout timers, too, !  Taking a couple of days for rest is a good idea so your muscles can repair and also being outside is a treasure.  Enjoy your long walks!
