Sunday Workout

I'm happy to report that I got a workout in this morning.

We're doing the CTX workouts this week and Cathe has down 2 of them for Saturday and Sunday at the end of this week. The weekends are tricky for me so I decided to get one of those days out of the way today. So I did Power Circuits.

This one has 6 circuits, but it starts of with low impact, high impact, and then kick box. She does all the circuits on the step. She does a step combo, power blasts and legs. the step and blasts are pretty short, so they weren't as hard as I thought they'd be. She uses a bar bell and 8 DB for the legs.

After the cardio comes back work:

3 sets of barbell rows- 30 ( I should've used 35 ) 4 sets of triple rows 30 ( again, should've used 35) pyramiding lat rows 25/20/15 deadlifts- skipped

plank work, traditional abs

I really enjoyed this one, but glad to have it done. I burned 384 calories.
