Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Share Posted October 18, 2006 Diane, Any tips and words of encouragement? - I have the koji waiting (also again thanks to ) and just have to get over that preconceived idea that it's too complicated - even tho I have done it before, as I said, just not habit yet. I have a cooking thermometer and know that this is a wonderful dessert and great ingredient for other desserts.
