Donna / Fall Fun Day - WTF?

Oh man, is that what it's called now??  I'm so sick of all the PC-ness now that we can't even call it Halloween or Christmas anymore lest someone get offended.  GRRR!  Okay, done venting!

Hi!They actually also do a "Haunted Trail" as part of the event. It used to be 2 events, a Haunted Trail that the upper grades work on (H.S. and M.S.) - and it is pretty scary, complete w/ people jumping out at you w/ chainsaws! And, a Fall Fun Day that used to be held earlier in Oct. They decided to combine the 2 this year - since it was a challenge for people to go to both and coordinate both.

So, in the afternoon it is Fall Fun Day, in the evening, Haunted Trail. I'm not sure if we will do the trail - we did it in 1st grade and and her friend were HYSTERICAL - as in crying and scared. It is really creepy.

For the record, though, i also do get tired of thePC stuff !

Oh okay, WHEW!  I would LOVE that spooky trail but see how it might not be for just yet.  Have a great time, Donna!

We do actual Halloween parties in our school (but the December events are winter celebrations or someting like that).

The trail does sound scary. I'm with ... screaming, hysterical, no fun for me at all! I did tell the brave 13 year old man child though that if he went with us to a Halloween event tonight that has fun things for younger kids and a haunted trail for ages 10 & up that I'd go with him (Miriam just turned 10 so no, we won't be doing it with her). Lucky for me, he's sleeping over a friend's house instead!! :-)
