Guest guest Posted July 24, 2011 Report Share Posted July 24, 2011 I hadn't gotten in a workout yet today, though I had plenty of opportunity I just couldn't drag myself downstairs to do it. I had promised Miriam we could watch "Enchanted" tonight (cute movie) and she suggested we walk during the previews. So, for 10 minutes (yep, that's how long they lasted) DH, she and I all walked, kickboxed, pranced and whatever other moves we came up with to do. thought we were nuts and stayed far away. (He came back to watch some of the movie and finally couldn't stand it anymore so we let him go do something else, this wasn't meant for family movie night, we were supposed to watch it yesterday while he and his friend who was sleeping over were doing other things and we didn't.) I did feel better just for getting up and moving for that little bit amount of time.
