's Saturday workout

Today I didn't feel like doing much so I took a sort of recovery day. I played around with the new DirectTV DVR and got some free Exercise TV on demand workouts, I guess these expire (I'm not sure though) so I thought I better get them done before they do. Here's what I did today.

I did Austin Cardio Kickbox Burn which was 12 minutes and then I did ABC's of Hip Hop with Lia Montelongo which was 12 minutes and then Pilates Abs with which was 12 minutes.

I liked the Austin one, but then I like everything kickbox pretty much although it was way too easy. I didn't care much for the hip hop one but then I always hate dance workouts. I loved the pilates one, I still feel my abs even though I did these this morning. I have been doing kettlebells and yoga for so long that I forgot to put on my shoes until started doing jumping jacks so I had to pause the workout and go put them on, I had foot problems before, even though they are gone now that I have lost weight, I don't want to take any chances. I had thought I might do a kettlebell routine later today, but with the heat, and my laziness, I don't think it's gonna happen now. For lunch, I made me a delicious recipe from my vegan vittles cookbook called chili bean macaroni, I had two servings so I will have to go light on dinner now. Have a great rest of the day all
