AAARGH, I don't wanna go. Here is what I did today. Reinhardt Kettlebell System Workout 6Warm up (4:00)Workout (18:32)Two hand swing, 40 sec. on/20 sec. rest-I used a 25 lb. bellPush press, 20 sec. per side/20 sec. rest-20 lb. bellAlternating side lunges, 40 sec. on/20 sec. rest-20 lb. bellRows, 5 per side, 40 sec. on/20 sec. rest-20 lb. bellSquat thrust with a jump, 40 sec.Rest 1 min.3 setsI skipped the cool down for this today, instead I added on some more exercise tv on demand workouts. I did Defined Dancers Abs with Lia Montelongo (13 min.) and then I did Fitness 360 Yoga with Holly Perkins (12 min). The yoga was a nice stretch after my workout. Have a great day everyone. I am off to cook now for a while as I have to make work lunches for the week. PS, don't feel too sorry for me, I am taking another two weeks off starting August 1st to go to Oregon to see my Mom and my sister and my two brothers.
