Guest guest Posted October 23, 2011 Report Share Posted October 23, 2011 Hi Everyone! I'm still doing the Body Gospel workouts as a little mental and physical break from 10 lb slimdown and xtreme! I did the cardio/sculpt workout today. It uses weights instead of the bands and you alternate a few minutes of cardio w/ a few minutes of strength. Donna builds the strength segments up slowly from working a single muscle group to doing compound/combined movements. I liked it, but i admit I wasn't 100% present this morning so I'm going to do it again later this week to get a better feel for it. I was a tad sleep deprived and just generally out of it this morning - a lot on my mind so not really focused on my workout.
