Guest guest Posted September 11, 2011 Report Share Posted September 11, 2011 > Could be the pedometer is (a) a cheap one that register steps > every time it jiggles ::nodding:: i dont mean to discount anyones hard work, but their numbers are ridiculous. i agree that the quality of pedometer is important. there is a spot at this site (walkertracker.com) for each user to enter what make and model of pedometer they are using, but i didnt take the time to look at specific info for these particular users. i dont really like that site (it lists the highest walkers each day and it is always the same people with these crazy high numbers...lol) but im using it for now to see what useful stats it provides. i then i will produce those stats for myself on my own tracking spreadsheet and graphs and not use the site anymore. :*carolyn.
