Guest guest Posted August 31, 2011 Report Share Posted August 31, 2011 Good morning all, I am sitting here at work eating figs and trying to sneak online. Hehe. This morning before work I did Amy Bento Kettlebell Power. I used 20 lb. bells. I liked this one a lot except for the part where she does the push ups, shoot thrus, and modified clams down on the bells. I don't know if it is my wrists or my core or my upper body not being strong enough but I just can't do any of those. I think I am just going to skip that section next time. I also wasn't crazy about the stretch at the end. I do however totally love the rest of the workout. I am so glad I got it. After having done 3 workouts with the double bells now, I love them even more than I did with only one bell. I can really feel the difference in the way my body reacts. Boss is coming, gotta go now.
