Guest guest Posted July 29, 2011 Report Share Posted July 29, 2011 I was looking forward to my walk today - yay! It went much nicer than a couple days ago. Time didn't drag near as much. I pushed myself at the end jogging a bit, but then got scared as my heart rate was in the low 170's, so I decided to walk it instead. I shut the treadmill off at 30 minutes and had went 1.68 miles. I shut my HRM off around 37 minutes and had burned 428 calories with my average at 135. Good stuff! D Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
