::The Secret to Enjoying Every Moment of Your Life::

Is your head constantly filled with things you have to do?

Do you often feel overwhelmed or stressed out? Feeling like

you'll never get everything done? If so, then you know

firsthand how difficult it is to get anything accomplished

when your mind is spinning with to-do lists.

It's time to put the chaos in order and give you the peace

of mind necessary to create amazing changes in your life.

Today you will learn a simple lesson that will help you put

the to-do list blues behind you once and for all.

Ten - that was the minimum number of things that

Citro had on his mind at any given time. He was the type of

person that was always in a rush, always stressed and

feeling unsettled.

He had goals, just like everyone else, but there was little

time for happiness - he was too busy getting things done.

This didn't add to 's enjoyment in life. Even though

he was always checking off items from his lists, he didn't

feel like he was making progress. Can you relate with this

situation? Do you find that completing one task only

invites ten more in its place?

It wasn't that didn't need to take care of his

obligations; the things on his mind were important. The

problem was using his present moments to worry about future

events.

A perfect example was tax season. He would often think

about having to file his taxes months before the work would

actually be done. Nothing healthy or positive was

accomplished during the time he spent fretting over what he

would have to do in the future - it was wasted time.

And then something happened.

He came across a simple question, and it changed the way he

looked at his life and his infinite list of things he had

to do. A principle that could do the same for you.

was listening to a radio show on his way to work one

day and happened to flip to an interview between a stress

expert and a caller in need of help. For the most part he

paid little attention to the radio, busily running through

the things he had to take care of in the coming days and

weeks.

The caller was facing an identical dilemma - she was always

thinking about what she had to do, and never gave thought

to actually enjoying her time. When the expert brought up

the topic of taxes, 's ears caught it instantly.

'Are you the kind of person who would not file their

taxes?' the expert asked.

'No, I would never do that.' the caller replied.

'Then stop worrying about it.' was the final word.

The idea may have been simple, but its effect upon

was powerful. Nearly every worry and unsettling thought he

had in his mind was something that would be taken care of

with or without the stressful thoughts.

In that moment he stopped running through a mental list of

upcoming responsibilities and focused only on the present

moment - what he was doing right then and there. It took

some practice, but after time was able to clear his

mind and enjoy what he was doing when he was doing it.

His Family - He now smiles, laughs, and truly appreciates

the moments he has with his wife and three children. In the

past he was too busy worrying about things he couldn't do

anything about. His relationships are stronger and his

children feel like they have their daddy back again.

His Career - All the worrying and stressing over his work

did little to improve his results. Once began

focusing in on the present he was able to recognize

solutions to problems that had plagued his department for

months.

His Desires - finally found the mental time and

resources to think about and act on his desires. He even

learned how to paint - something he had wanted to do for

nearly ten years.

If spending your precious time worrying about a problem

doesn't help to improve the situation, stop doing it. If

you can do something about it, do it If not, take care of

the task when the time for action arrives. Until then,

enjoy the moment and enjoy your life.

Freeing your mind of stress and worry is only the first

step when it comes to creating a better life. You also need

to know what you want and how to stay committed to your

desires until you succeed.

was able to greatly enhance the quality of his life

because he knew how to complete the entire system. If you
