Guest guest
Good morning all, today I did Cathe's new Yoga Relax in it's entirety. I loved it. I also love knowing it has those premixes for when I want something shorter. I was able to do everything, not always the deeper type of stretch but at least the minimum shown. I always have trouble on the balance challenges, I doubt mine will ever get better, but I did it. That dancers pose was a little tough. I want to ask the yoga experts something as I am still a yoga newbie. What is the significance of touching your thumb and pointer together, I have seen this in other yoga videos? Also, what is up with always hooking your fingers around your big toe? I am just curious. Thanks. I love this one and see myself doing it often. I found the music relaxing and soothing. I have to find the phone number for exercise TV customer service when I get home tonite. I have contacted them twice by email about my bad 10 lb slimdown extreme replacement disks and they have not responded to me. I am not a happy camper with them right now. I plan to call them tomorrow. Have a great day all.
Guest guest
I've never done a Cathe yoga before! I like hooking my fingers around my big toe if a strap isn't needed. It's just a way to maximize the stretch Good morning all, today I did Cathe's new Yoga Relax in it's entirety. I loved it. I also love knowing it has those premixes for when I want something shorter. Guest guest
Hi - On the General Discussion part of VideoFitness - there is a thread about 10 lb slimdown extreme and someone posted the customer service # there. Here's a link to the thread: http://forum.videofitness.com/showthread.php?t=170046 & highlight=lb+slimdown One of the reasons I want to do the rotation next week is to run through all the workouts to make sure they play ok. I think exercisetv has a 60 day money back guarantee, so if I find issues, I'll likely return the set and just wait until it is available elsewhere and hope they fixed the problem. It seems like a lot of people ended up w/ defective discs. I previewed the workouts - and they seemed fine, but I wasn't sitting there watching the whole time, either. Guest guest
I'm so glad you enjoyed it. It looks so wonderful to me. I love her style of coaching. Having been to yoga classes recently, I thought her form looked authentic. I also thought the lighting was nice. I'm going to preview the other yoga dvd today. Guest guest
significance of touching your thumb and pointer together It's a meditative motion that is usually done to end a yoga cycle. I usually always do it, but I don't think its necessary. ~
