Guest guest Posted October 26, 2011 Report Share Posted October 26, 2011 owwww... I did Kathy 's Fatburning DVD again -- this time I did the 20 min upper and 20 min lower body strength training. I went as high as I could (but considering the 10lbs dumbbells are the highest I have, that wasn't much). Towards the end I needed to drop down in weight. It's hard to grip the 5 and 3lb db together, but I did for some of it. I really do need more dumbbells... Kathy's mode of doing reps is to do 12 regular, then pulse (or slow 3-count) for about 8 reps, and back to 12 regular. The slow or pulsed lifts in the middle there really get to me! Owwww... My arms burned, which they haven't done for quite awhile. I've been trying to SLOWLY increase the intensity of all my workouts -- I think I met my goal here! My arms are taking some nice shape, but I still have the hanging skin waggling down... :-( I'm not sure I'll ever get rid of that. And I thought that as you got thinner, the cellulite problem was supposed to diminish. It seems mine has gotten MORE lumpy, and the skin also sags now. :-( My nice new muscles hidden by saggy, baggy skin! ARRRGGG! Oh well -- tight panty hose help...
