This morning I did Jillian's Banish fat boost metabolism. I liked this one the best so far. It seems to have a lot more cardo than the others. It doesn't use any weights or equipment other than a mat and it has a lot of kickboxing moves. It was about 50 total, 5 min. warmup, 40 min workout and 5 min. cooldown. Have a great day all.
