After getting up somewhat early this morning (4ish), and crocheting my very first thing ever, I started my workout.  I had just enough time for 30 minutes :)  I did 's Play Ball.  I really enjoyed it today.  This is great for cardio, not so much strength.  The music in it is great.  I modified a bit here and there, but not too much.  In the end, I burned the EXACT same calories as yesterday, with the same average even.  Amazing!  391 / 141.

Tomorrow is a rest day already.  I like this 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on routine!D

You crocheted, you first thing ever especially, at 4 in the morning???!!! I'm even more amazed at you than ever now, Darcy! I love to cross stitch, not that I have in a few years but I do want to get back to it, however, not at 4 in the morning! I'm glad you enjoyed your workout today too, I saw your other posting about the bummer workout yesterday so this is great. Weird on the calories and average too!! I did a program like you with the 3 days on, etc. when I was doing some FIRM rotation and I liked that too. Right now, I'm doing 5 days on, 2 off (weekends) and for now that is working but variation is fun sometimes too! Enjoy your rest day tomorrow!

Play Ball

Hi Darcy,

LOL, I'm with about the 4am crafting. I'm impressed that you can get

other things done before your workout. I get too distracted and end up wasting

half the day when I try to do " just this one thing " before my workout, hee.

Great job though - and with the kbell and faux kbell workout the other day, too.

Thank you Sara and !  I am just such a morning person, and now it's about my only time baby-free!  Miss Aniyah is quite " needy " .  Nearly every meal is ate w/ her on my lap.  I have been doing a lot of crocheting w/ her on my lap or nursing, but to do it with her sleeping is the best - ha!

LOL, I'm with about the 4am crafting. I'm impressed that you can get other things done before your workout. I get too distracted and end up wasting half the day when I try to do " just this one thing " before my workout, hee.

Great job though - and with the kbell and faux kbell workout the other day, too.

I can't quite imagine crocheting with a baby on my lap. I know I definitely can't cross stich that way! You're just amazing, Darcy! :-)
