I like that when I have to really use my balance not fake with shoes that create an imbalance, I also like not having material between my toes. Because of my over pronation / flat feet I've put in an insert that feels barely there but gives me a tad more arch support and a teensy bit of cushioning. I'm not a running so I don't know how they compare with that but would think these are as good, besides, you get 30 days to try and can always return them Oh, I don't have narrow or very narrow feet, I'm a standard B widthVennittaSerendipity rewards those who are prepared
Guest guest
I'm having great results with this type of shoe. It does take a while to adapt to a zero drop minimal shoe, but I think it really helps to strengthen the foot. It's so worth the effort.I hope these work for you! Guest guest
Ooh - thanks for sharing these - I think the Jane is very cute. I'm partial to Jane's! Also - what rotation are you following? I'm loving the way you're mixing 10 lb slimdown w/ PowerFit!!! And, are you going to cave on 10 lb slimdown extreme? I suspect I will - I'm thinking for xmas... Guest guest
hahaha , I just caved and enabled.I'm using the 10 lb slimdown workouts in the order of Power Half Hours Lower body. After making that decision I thought maybe use the BB 10 Minute Trainer's 10 Day Lean plan, turns out that it is almost identical to PHH Lower Body. Then, after that decision figured I would add in Austin's 3-Week Boot Camp and it's perfect for what I'm doing. I forgot why I decided to add in PowerFit but I really like them and will continue to work them in, when I created this rotation I had a plan but for the life of me can't remember what I thinking. Hopefully I'll be down a size after the next two weeks. VennittaSerendipity rewards those who are prepared Ooh - thanks for sharing these - I think the Jane is very cute. I'm partial to Jane's!
