Guest guest
Good ob, Indy - just stick with this week until you are comfortable. You can do it! When are you running (what time of day?). I'm getting the bug to start this again myself - but I think I need to wait for cooler weather b/c I can only run mid-day on the weekends and Tuesday (I work at home on Tuesday and can do a lunch time run). I can do some of it on the TM, but I think it is a much more natural movement outdoors! So, perhaps come fall I will plan to do 2 outdoor runs (on Sunday & Tuesday) and one on the TM (on Thursday). Take care!Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Fri, July 1, 2011 9:42:16 PMSubject: Doing it!! Week 1, day 3 of C25K! Man, I haven't run since I was in college, 30 years ago! I'm amazed that something hasn't broken yet! I think I'm going to repeat this week because I'm really struggling to get through. I flubbed run #6, but caught a second wind for 7 and 8. I don't think I can do this on the treadmill. The difference is night and day. I'm not sure the pace is the same for two consecutive steps while I do it to my pace. Thanks to all of you, I come this far!!
