I haven't done this round since it came out YEARS ago - and I like it better now than I did then!  I think it's because my last boyfriend broke up with me in Round 31 and I was still sad from that during Round 32.  Anyway, I am a SWEATY MESS! 

I love the abs in this one, and not that it means anything to most of you, but I had to watch section 4 part b like 3 times before I figured out what was going on, but it made total sense once I did it and was my favorite part.. 

My lower back is talking to me, so tomorrow will be cardio, probably RPM, along with back care yoga (Rodney Yee's?) or I'll get adventurous and try Cy-Yo, the cycle-yoga dvd I got from the library.  Hope everyone is having a good evening!
