workout shopping

Well, I'm doing a little bit of workout shopping and came across one that I'm REALLY interested in. Its from Rob Glick called Body Bar Deep Definition. Collage has it, but Total Fitness doesn't seem to. I was hoping to get it there and use my gift card.

I never get a chance to use my body bar and I love using it for a different way to lift weights.

Anyone have this one?

I made that kind of body bar. I had a 4 foot length of galvanized pipe. I filled it with clean kitty litter and sealed the ends with duct tape. I made it about 10 years ago. It weighs close to 10 pounds. Cheap!

I think I might, but all my body bar workouts are virgins, SADLY.  Now that I'll be getting up early again I'll have more time for videos - can't wait to hear your review of this one !My favorite BBar workout is a Spreen one where one of the workouts on the dvd is martial arts with the body bar.  SO MUCH FUN!  Otherwise I just use it in lieu of a barbell.  I have a 10 lb and a 15 lb bar, wish I could afford some of the heavier ones but if you go to Home Depot you can by a plumbing bar that's exactly the same thing and you can fill it up with cement or rocks, cap off the ends and make your own!  my 5lb bar is just that
