Guest guest Posted August 31, 2011 Report Share Posted August 31, 2011 Hi Everyone, For today's workout I did 30 min on the recumbent bike - my legs are still sore from Body Training on Sunday. Yikes! Next time I'm going to do one of the pre-mixes that blends the standing and floorwork so this doesn't happen to me again. I am sure part of it was from not doing much in the way of standing lower body work in awhile - although Margaret (which I did for much of the summer) kills you w/ floorwork it is different than doing squats, lunges, and I'm sure that is how I ended up so sore from KCM's workout. My abs are also a tad sore from the floor stuff yesterday. Really liking these workouts! For yoga today I did Suzanne Deason's AM Yoga for Weight Loss. We had another organized morning - gotta keep it up - I end up feeling better about the day and I think it is a better start for my DD as well.Tomorrow the plan is to do 30 Min to Fitness Bootcamp - Workout # 1. I think the soreness from Body Training will have subsided by then.take care -Donnap.s. - Collage has the new 's listed on the coming soon page - no clips though. I have a bad feeling about this autumn for purchases - I want both of the new workouts, I want the new Ellen, I want Sharon's Zero to 60, and I still need to get Kari's floorwork/ballet DVD.....YIKES!
