This evening I did Core Vinyasa. This one I've been on a fence about, but the more I do it the more I'm liking it. It has short segments so you can mix and match. Kind of like the matrix, but it doesn't combine them, it just goes back to the screen for you to choose another segment. I like the instructor in this one. I did 25 minutes and it was good enough.

I've realized today that I have DOMS in my legs. I really want to do the other half of All Body Attack in the morning, but I just skimmed through it again and there's quite a bit of leg work, so I'll have to see how they feel when morning comes.
