Guest guest Posted September 11, 2011 Report Share Posted September 11, 2011 i have been doing three strength workouts at the y and still attending yoga tuesday nights... changing things up with a tuesday tabata class and thursday kickboxing/jumprope class. looking forward to our new back to school schedule--5 days of workouts a week!! also may have found a workout partner--possibly 2!! one is a pt at the y and the other is one of her clients who is working on getting certified to become a pt!! very exciting for me if i can train with them!!! stacey Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
