Guest guest
And max it was! I finished, but not without a pause, nor very strongly. I paused after the check your heart rate break, but I was feeling like a loser if I didn't really finish it. The last third was pretty hard, and I faked -- er, modified it a bit. There were a lot of jumps in it that I was not comfortable with, especially since I was already quite tired. I didn't care much for the cool down, as it really didn't feel like a cool down at all. It was about the same tempo as the rest of the workout, only without the step. I also didn't like walking around the step as part of it. Walking in that tight of a circle made me a bit dizzy. (Yeah, I know I'm dizzy most of the time anyway -- besides, I'm no longer blond! I'm gray.) I don't know if I'll do this more or not. It'll definitely be a challenge to get as comfortable with that as I feel with Basic Step. I'll be looking around for a used DVD of these Cathe's Classics, though! Of the Jam, Heat and Max on the DVD, I think I liked Heat best. Indyrose
