I only did half of his hour-long routine. For some reason, my husband doesn't

like for me to do more than that, although I frequently do 45 minutes, anyway. I

have yet to figure out what his reasoning (do men reason??) is.

Although Cuts and Curves is very basic, there's enough there to give me some

good DOMs this morning! Doing squats slooooowwly will indeed get you in the legs

after so many of them!! Ouch.

I did notice, however, that even though this DVD is titled " Cuts and Curves, "

Gilad himself was the only one there that had any good definition to his

muscles. *I've* got more cuts on my arms than the backgrounders, and I'm still

fighting loose batwing skin!!
