Hi all, this morning I did Misfit's Kettlebell Basix, I used a 20 lb bell for this. Okay workout, not the greatest, just okay. After that I did Rodney Yee AM Yoga for your week, the standing poses portion. I like this one. I really want to do another walking or something workout after work tonite, but we'll see what is going on after work. Have a great day all.
