indy, it is ok! this happens to all of us... especially me! LOL

i try to get the dog's workout done as best i can and clamp down

on the food intake.

all of the running around that you are doing is beneficial....

this is one reason why i wear a pedometer... the day isnt a total

waste if a formal workout is not done.

however, do watch your food while you enjoy a rest... then plan a

day where you can make your health a priority and get back in

action with a video (or some other workout) that you enjoy.

working out is also mentally/emotionally healthy... i can tell

that you are feeling some regret (?) at not having enough time...

so remember that you must make the time instead and you will feel

great in all regards.

hope this helps a little bit,

:*carolyn.

(who is going out to walk with chinook in the rain)

Your time with your DH sounds so awesome. I'd love for my DH and I to spend time like that. He works nights so he spends a lit of time sleeping. Even when he's not sleeping we have our normal day to day things to do so time with each other just doesn't happen.**----- Reply message -----To: <exercisevideos >Subject: Good/bad weekendDate: Mon, Oct 24, 2011 8:37 am I'm feeling great from my weekend because DH and I did a lot of things together -- Friday night Symphony, Saturday fixed the leaking sunroof in my car and then a play at U-Indy (the university where he teaches), yesterday my knitting group met, then friends over for board games in the evening, and this evening we are scheduled for a concert at U-Indy. Lots of fun times! But the tight schedule squeezed out time for workouts, including the one I usually give the pup. Plus, the socializing last night included snacks that I pigged out on. :-( I may get workout in tonight before the concert, depending on whether DH needs help getting supper together. (Working part time, he's the designated cook during the week, but he frequently isn't ready on time!!) I have a gazillion craft projects going on that are also hurting for time, and the yard/garden needs to be put down for the winter...ARRRGGG!!! Thank goodness I don't watch TV!So much to do, so little time!! Indyrose
