's Wednesday workout

Yeah I was disappointed in this one too, it's more for beginners and you my friend are no longer a beginner. You have been doing some kickass workouts lately, !  So proud of you!

 

Today is back to work today after a wonderful vacation.  This morning I did QuickFix Total Cardio Mix the Total Cardio Kick Workout portion.  This one is with Janis Saffell.  It was 40 minutes of not very hard kickboxing.   It was just okay, not great, not the worst.  I probably won't do it again for a really long time.  This week I will do the other workout on this DVD and be done with it.  Have a great day all.

I don't know if it is my wrists or my core or my upper body not being strong enough but I just can't do any of those. I think I am just going to skip that section next time. I also wasn't crazy about the stretch at the end. I do however totally love the rest of the workout. I am so glad I got it. After having done 3 workouts with the double bells now, I love them even more than I did with only one bell. I can really feel the difference in the way my body reacts. Boss is coming, gotta go now. Oh my gosh, I am kinda still breathless from my workout. Today I did Tracey Staehle Bootcamp-Metabolic Conditioning workout 1. It has the same evil warmup as the strength workout did with the burpees. This was kinda like a HIIT workout. YOu do five different exercises for 30 seconds each with 15 seconds rest in between for a total of 4 rounds. Then there is an 8 round finisher, then 8 rounds of toe touches and leg scissors. To me these are pretty tough workouts. I really don't like them, but they do work you really good. I am off to shower now. I think I will do Cathe's new yoga relax tomorrow. Have a great day all.

, I just previewed Yoga Relax. It looks absolutely wonderful, and challenging in its own way. It also has two express premixes that will be really useful on rushed days. Great workout!
