Quick check-in – yesterday I went for a nice 15 minute walk with my daughter – some dark clouds, but a lovely breeze that blew the cobwebs out. Today, back to the bike – my usual 10 mins in the am, 10 mins in the afternoon. Back feels better, so I’ll be browsing my dvds for some pilates, or other gentle workouts.
