Good morning!

I finished up All Body Attack today. I did the warm up and then started where I left off yesterday which was at the 25 minute mark.

WOW, the rest of this workout got a whole lot harder. One section she does exercises holding the step platform. I thought I was going to die. That thing felt like it weighed 100 pounds. Her exercises are so unique, moves I've never done before. And I can tell you that I've never done exercises using the step like that. She has you hold one leg up in the air while you do a front raise WITH THE STEP!

I can't say I enjoyed a lot of the rest of it, but I think I'm only saying that because it was hard. I know that if I buy this one I will break it up when I do the workout. For just the weights and cardio intervals it's an hour and 7 minutes.

I didn't have time for the abs, but I already did those. I burned 429 calories.
