Guest guest Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 Good morning all, today I did the Cardio kickboxing workout from the 10 lb slimdown extreme set. This was a very good workout. It didn't look so hard when I previewed it, but when I actually did it, I got nice and winded. It might just be my new favorite kickboxing workout. I really liked it, the combos were not hard to remember at all, that usually puts me off. I previewed the lower body extreme workout for tomorrow, this one is going to totally kick my butt, I can tell. Have a great day all.
