I got up walked dogs ~30 min, did start it up followed by my workout challenge for week (saddlebags.. see below) and then slim n limberStart it up is ok but very boring for me so I added my Kettle bell to some moves to increase intensity (in fact my saddlebag circuit below got my heart rate up more). I got some mobile perfect push ups to do the push up section and was able to do 12 on my knees before I felt that was pushing my wrist. Then did slim n limber which is good simple stretches and doesn't require me to be on wrist so will remember to use this more.Onto wrist news. Went to Therapy then MD Tues. Therapist said it maybe 1-2 years until can do push up if MD says possible. She said that sometimes the way it heals their maybe chips etc that prevent the full 90degree flexion

needed for pushups, down dog etc. I was so sad, then the doctor used this cool xray where they move the joint and see what is going on and he saw nothing impinging my movement so he thinks it is scare tissue. That may be permanent BUT he said if willing to work another month of therapy and just keep gradually adding I could be able to get the motion back with less pain (may always have some). Such great news so 4 more weeks of therapy 1 time a month and bunch of wrist work coming.. such as working on perfect push up and other modifiers such as incline push ups, etc...back to workjudy
