I do both.. I find it kind of wakes me up and warms me up some if I do it before workout. but my walks are walk ,walk, stop and sniff, walk jog, stop and pee.. not very aerobic :)

Same here, but I'm walking for them and not me. If I was going for me, they wouldn't be going lol.
