Total Tone 360

AM - Today I had an

aha moment. As the day went on I felt mild DOMS, nothing crazy but I'm sore

enough to know that worked out. If these self-described mild workouts are

giving me DOMS, combining them with any type of extreme workout may be

overtraining for me. Perhaps I should consider not going as heavy on weights

(make sure that the Fitness 360 weights are low) or make sure that I eat

properly to heal/recover and get enough sleep. I'll know if I'm overtraining

if I end up with any type of virus since exercise helps build immunity,

overtraining breaks down immunity.
