This morning I did Cathe's Kick, Punch Crunch. this was my second time doing this one. I really love this workout, it is one of my faves. I did not go into the pike position on the stability ball, I'm pretty sure I never will, but I'm cool with that. All of the grandkids are here right now, so I have to go supervise. Have a great day everyone.
