request doing his amazing demonstration on the cleaning, deboning, serving and

cooking of his wild-caught Alaskan Red Sockeye Salmon.

He will be demonstrating making SUSHI, SASHIMI, and GRILLING SALMON! We did

this 2 weeks ago and it was a standing-room-only crowd and so much fun.

Everything starts at 7 pm TONIGHT, so come early. The warehouse is open all day

today. We will probably be done by about 9 or 9:30 depending upon how much fun

we have!

This will be the last time to see Matt demonstrating salmon cookery this year.

In a week he will be back on the boat catching HALIBUT (and possibly COD). Matt

will be selling his salmon TONIGHT and at a rock bottom price! He also has bulk
