Wed - Body Gospel Live

Hi Everyone,

My workout today was more Body Gospel - I did Body Gospel Live which is a 30 min cardio routine. It probably has the best music and "atmosphere" w/ the live chorus, but I found it to be my least favorite workout of the set. The cardio just didn't seem 'enough' - a bit too easy for me. Not hard to follow, just not enough intensity for me. I added on the core workout and the stretch and those are nice! I am going to repeat the strength circuit w/ dumbells tomorrow and then on Friday I'm going to do the walking workout - (audio). I will use the TM as opposed to outside - my friend and I are skipping our Friday walk b/c we both have Halloween events at school - so I will just take my walk inside at my usual workout time and use my neglected TM. I will also add on the Pilates/Stretch from Sweating in the Spirit 2. I walked outside for 40-45 min last night during my DD's art class which was very nice. Great weather for a fall walk

yesterday.Other than that - not much. I think I'm geared back up for Freytag next week! So, this little intermission w/ Body Gospel was a good thing. I enjoyed the set overall and would love a follow up that included more strength/circuit workouts, a longer core/fusion workout, a longer stretch/yoga/fusion workout and a few more cardio workouts that are a bit more intense. Maybe even a step workout.....Talk to everyone later!Donna
