Those seem good ones for me too.

I think my fada has bp, but my mother wants to be in symbiosis with

me... she does the controlling in a very subtle manioulating trucky

way though..

Nola, these are super affirmations! I enjoyed them. Now, am I

I LOVE Iyanla Vanzant!! I've checked her books out from the library, but I

want to get them for my own. They're the kind of books you like to go back to

again and again! How I wish I lived near your used book store PJ.

Hear the phrase you said diminishing in volume until it disappears, then

from you and have the picture of what you do want spin towards you.

c.. Writing Technique:

I call this technique " Giving the problem to Spirit " . used a

version of this technique to change his life. It worked well for him, perhaps it

will work for you.

Simply sit down at a table and write what you would like in your life 15

times every day. An example is: " I am healthy, happy, wise and free " . When you

are done know that the universe is taking care of it.

d.. Trash Can Technique:

Good for getting rid of negative thoughts

Whenever you find something you don't like. Write it down and throw it into

the trash. By doing this, you are telling the universe, I want to be done with

this problem, please help me work through it and be done with it.

e.. Meditation Technique:

Look for divine inspiration while repeating your affirmation

Sit quietly and ask your inner guide, universe, God, and/or guardian angel

(whatever fits your belief system) for insights, help and guidance. Then quietly

repeat your affirmation for 10-15 minutes. Sit quietly for 5 minutes afterwards

for any insights.

f.. Exercise Technique:

Very nice for active people and for many health related goals.

Repeat your affirmations while exercising. Soon they will be part of your

thought process.

g.. Integration Technique:

A technique for actively working on your goals

While repeating your affirmation, actively think of ways to integrate your

affirmation into your life. For example: if your affirmation is " I have a great

xxxxx " : find ways of loving your xxxxx, improving your relationship with xxxxx,

and best ways of achieving xxxxx.

Here are some of my favorite affirmations:

a.. " I feel loved every moment. "

b.. " I am healthy. "

c.. " I am happy. "

d.. " I take charge of my life. "

e.. " My eyes see clearly see the world around me. "

f.. " I am wise. "

g.. " I am a spark of divine love. "

h.. " I am free. "

i.. " I am listen to spirit everyday. "

j.. " I am beautiful. "

k.. For Fertility: " I welcome new life to grow and be nurtured within me. "

I have started writing these affirmations- " I am happy. I am

confident. I am successful " I write them 15 times. Twice a day. I

am going to add " I am calm " since everything new I think of to

undertake causes me anxiety. ine
