I only have 3 yoga DVD's left and I'm done with them all.

I wanted to get another big one out of the way and turned backwards. This time I did Kest Intensive Body Sculpting. This one is TOUGH! I could really use this as a regular toning workout day. Lots of leg work. I'm hoping this doesn't mess up my rotation plans, but DOMS is possible from this. It was an hour long, but it went by faster then what I thought.

I've eaten WAY too much since Saturday morning. I'm feeling a bit guilty about that so maybe that's why I worked my butt off today. First with Sharon and just now with .

I hope you all have enjoyed your Labor Day. It was nice to not have to be in any hurry all day today.
