But, wanted to pop in.This morning i did 30 min of yoga w/ Austin - a library borrow - Hot Body Yoga - I did the first workout. It was ok - nothing really special about it but not bad either. There is another practice on this DVD that include weights w/ the yoga. Not sure if I'll do it or not...I think I still prefer my Rodney, Body Wisdom and Suzanne Deason practices! I also do like Freytag's yoga from both of her Slimdown Series!Then, I did a walk w/ my friend, we cut it short though b/c both of us had a lot to do today. I will have to ask her how long we walked - she is the time keeper!
