Yay! Way to go - I did the dreaded Lower Body workout (it is the hardest one for me!) and the core. Liked them both -very efficient, effective and sweaty!I hope it stops raining so i can walk during my DD's art class this evening. I have a lot on my mind and just need to burn it off somehow!Donna

Great workouts.. I upped weights to 7.5lbs today and that was good will try more next time thru. My hips felt great doing squats and the balance work. Still doing mostly low impact but still get a big sweat from these.

Tomorrow is spin class, then 10lb slim down yoga and next chiro apt. I hope to get it all in and my work!!
