Monday - 10 lb slimdown lower & core & yoga

Hi Everyone,

Today's workout was 10 lb slimdown lower body - this one is very challenging for me - very cardiovascular w/ all the lunges, squats, etc. Whew! She packs a lot into that 20 min routine. Next up with the 10 lb slimdown core workout which I enjoyed as well. There are some standing abs, some planks and variations, as well as more "traditional" moves like bicycles. There are cardio intervals interspersed as well - mountain climbers - yikes. I enjoyed this one and I think it comes up again later this week. I added on 20 min of yoga from Yoga Complete for Every Body. I think tomorrow is Total Body Blast. I'm not sure what I'm going to add on. Guess I will figure it out when I get there. I'm finding these 20 min workouts to be pretty challenging! Hope everyone has a good Monday!Donna
