What's for supper/Mushroom season!!/Ducks

Hi All,

I have been enjoying the heck out of wraps. Saute'd chicken of the woods

mushrooms, onion, green pepper and tomato. Put a big flour tortilla in the pan

with butter to brown, added some Muenster cheese, the mushroom mix, sour cream

and lettuce. Meal fit for royalty! The chicken of the woods mushrooms are SO

good!.

Its getting to be fall mushroom season. Picked some Shaggy Parasols yesterday

and have them drying. Should have Shaggy Manes popping up soon along with more

Puffballs. I think I will bring some down to the Warehouse to share. I haven't

done a lot with the Parasols - the Shaggy Manes are my favorite for soups, stews

and spaghetti.

Am trying to schedule some ducks, geese and a couple turkeys for processing.

Hoping I will be able to get them done and bring them down to the Warehouse

soon. Today I'm doing more quail.
