Guest guest
You are a regular kangaroo these days, Cola Pop! Good job! I actually found Kick Bound to be easier than the basic ones because in the basic ones you do the same thing over and over and that fatigued my muscles more, this one had more variety so it wasn't quite as painful for me. Anyway, don't worry too much about the rhythm or keeping the same pace as they do, just change when they do. Bounce bounce! hi everyone - i forgot to tell you that i did two more urban rebounding videos... kick bound and stretch bound. kick bound was 35 mins and led by a female instructor. she was good, but i would have preferred JB. this workout was harder than the others i have done... i had to take a breather and had to modify down on a few things. the pace wasnt overly fast (as it was in the 'basic' workout) and there wasnt too much repetition. but wow what a balance challenge. it is hard to kick and bounce at the same time but the people on the screen can do it, so all it needs is lots of practice, right? and she never lets up, it is constant jumping. had a good warmup and cooldown. stretch bound was led by JB Berns and was 30 mins long. he did a standing portion and then seated. he did the standing part while on the rebounder to add a balance factor. i will admit that i did that part while standing on the floor. it was all a pretty good stretch, but i did add on more of my own at the end, which is typical for me. :*carolyn.
