That's Cathe!!!! Plus, you just created a human being, so, yeah... I think you got back to Cathe's faster than most humans could. :)Great job!

Um...wow.. I am in major trouble if this was an " easier " one!  It kicked my butt!  I did enjoy it though.  I forgot to bring my new Cathe disks downstairs to try, and I had a bit of trouble with my regular ones when it came time to use the disks.  I modified here and there for that reason.  Oh, and every time, she put her hands on the floor for push-ups or mountain climbers, or what not, I put mine on my step w/ one riser.  Even then, I had tough, tough time! I had to have an intermission to calm Aniyah down around 20 minutes (I was nearly relieved though..haha..).  I shut my HRM off at 43 minutes and had burned 580 calories with my average at 149.  I'm seriously thinking of waiting a couple weeks to try after burn, if that one is a ton harder than this one!

LOL after previewing 3 so far I can't say as I blame you. Gee, a lot of leg work in every single one so far that I've looked at. What is up with that?

I get the feeling I will be doing premixes when I get to this rotation.I remember being fit enough to do her cross train xpress kit, got good results...I would have to modify or not use the gym size step bench or any bench at all (space constraints)

I previewed 3 of the workouts last night for the first time. I noticed A LOT of leg work. All 3 looked really tough. She seems to use the disks a lot too.
